proprietorship company with the Department of Trade and Industry under the
Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection (DTI-BTRCP) and Housing and
Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Region III in City of San Fernando, Pampanga
since its establishment in 2004. It will soon be under the Professional Regulations Commission or PRC once the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act 9646: The Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines 2009 also known as RESA LAW.
C. F. BALUYUT REALTY is a real estate marketing company based in City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Philippines. It specializes in project selling and general real estate brokerage. This company was established by CRB Corazon F. Baluyut , a veteran salesperson in her early years.
History
CRB Corazon F. Baluyut, initially started as sales clerk with Mercury Drug Corporation in Quezon City. Later on, she pursued a sales career in the nutritional and pharmaceutical industry with Wyeth Philippines, Inc. a multinational pharmaceutical company based in Makati City with its main corporate offices in Madison, New Jersey, USA.
She became a Licensed Real Estate Broker after passing her Real Estate Broker Licensure examination in 1984 and joined the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. - Pampanga Chapter (REBAP, Inc - Pampanga). Although a real estate professional at that time she decided to continue her colorful career in pharmaceutical and nutritional sales division with Wyeth Philippines.
After thirty years of service with
Wyeth Philippines, Inc., she decided to retire and pursue her real estate
career by establishing her own business entity as a real estate professional
with the real estate industry in the Philippines is starting to make a comeback
after the 1997 Asian Financial crisis and with the economic and infrastructure
development happening around the country.

She obtained her Bachelor of Arts major in English degree in University of the Assumption in 1969 with honors. A sales veteran with more than 30 years experience from different industries she previously worked with. She is a good standing member and past president of Real Estate Broker Association of the Philippines, Inc. – Pampanga Chapter for two consecutive years from 2007 and 2008. CRB Eliseo A. Baluyut, Jr. is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a experienced Builder. He obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Far Eastern University, Manila in 1965. He was a former government civil engineer with more than 30 years experience in materials testing and quality control and infrastructure development with the Department of Public Works and Highways.
